All names and information on the announcements have been changed to have either faux information or my information on them to protect the privacy of those familys.
I do not put anyone's actual announcement that contains personal information on the website and I also require written permission from you in order to post your announcement on the website.
GUARANTEE We guarantee quality workmanship in every little piece of whimsy. We firmly believe in the products we sell,
and therefore will accept returns for any damaged product for store credit only. Our products are one of a
kind and made to order. They are handmade with much attention to detail and we stand behind the quality
of our products.
COLORS Every attempt is made to represent colors as accurately as possible, however, every computer is calibrated to
display colors differently. Therefore there could be a slight color differentiation when you receive your
product compared to the look of the product on your computer.
ORDERING When placing your order the purchasing credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed, and not
when your order arrives. Any information we collect from you is used only to efficiently process you order.
We will only contact you if it is necessary to process your order in the most efficient manner possible.
If a cancellation is necessary, please contact SugarBug Creations at 678.376.1592, and speak to a live
person. Cancellations left on voice mail will not be taken. We will do our very best to accommodate your
cancellation request. If cancellation request is accepted a 5% handling charge may be assessed.
REFUND POLICY All sales are final unless you contact me directly about your request for your refund and the reason you are requesting a refund.
CHARGEBACK ATTEMPTSAn attempt to reverse or chargeback a credit card transaction constitutes non-payment and potential fraud
that will be referred to our attorneys. Initiating a chargeback because you have cancelled your event, changed
your mind, or production of your items is still pending constitutes fraud, and immediate legal action may be taken.
We refuse to charge more to customers who keep their commitments to cover such attempts.
SHIPPING Shipping is by UPS and requires a full street address (cannot deliver to a PO, APO, etc.). We ship everything
standard UPS ground. If you need faster shipping additional charges will apply. Allow several more days
beyond the quoted shipping time for locations outside the USA and to Alaska/Hawaii.
