The How To's

1. After submitting your order, if ordering a product that requires photos, please E-mail the photo(s) of your choice. The more the better; it gives me more photos to work with! You need not change any picture in any way, that is my job. I will crop, correct colors, blemishes or any other corrective work that needs to be done.

2. Then email your pictures to amy@mysugarbugcreations.com

3. Please remember for best picture quality send pictures in a .jpeg file at 300 dpi. If scanning, please scan your pictures at a 300 dpi. Anything less, and I cannot guarantee a crisp clear image.

4. Mailing pictures by way of snail mail is also an option just email to the address above for a mailing address and your pictures will be returned with your order.

5. Within 24 hours you will receive an email confirming that I have received your order information and pictures if applicable.

6. Within about 48 hours I will send you a proof for you to view.

7. You will view your proof and let me know of any changes you would like. Once you are completely happy and I have received your approval via email that everything is perfect and just as you want it, then the printing process will begin. I will not send anything to print until I have in writing via e-mail that you are completely satisfied.

8. Once your order is sent to print, it usually takes on average about 10 business days for you to recieve your order. For tag orders- your tags will be completed within 3 business days. If you are wanting quicker delivery an additional $15 charge will be incurred
